CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL INFORMATION
We use the latest technology and modern design materials in our project. The point we attach most importance to is ISOLATION – CORRECT PLAN & QUALITY OF LIFE.
All materials used in the project will be 1st Class TSE certified and guaranteed. All workmanship will be 1st Class. The structure will be made of reinforced concrete, carcass and hollow block system and will be constructed with 1st Class workmanship. The structure is the architectural, static, electrical and installation project based on the construction license, It will be constructed in accordance with ground survey reports, earthquake and fire regulations. Concrete quality will be approved by building inspection, static project, municipality and ministry; slabs, columns, beams and stirrups will be constructed in accordance with the static project.
