The exterior coatings of the buildings will be made of mechanical ceramics. 2+1 flats will have two bathrooms. Roofs will be insulated with paneling. The walls will be painted with gypsum plaster. The paint used will be 1st class. The walls in the toilets and bathrooms will be 1st class ceramic up to the ceiling. Ceilings will be lamellar stretch ceilings. There will be 1st class ceramic on the floor. The floor in the corridors and balconies will be 1st class tiles. If necessary, spot lighting will be made in the hall and corridor. Drywall suspended ceilings will be made on the ceilings and gypsum plaster will be applied to them. Building entrance stairs will be marble. Kitchen cabinets will be MDF LAM. Kitchen countertops will be granite and marble. The electricity and water supply will be made in accordance with the project, and the materials used are T.S.E. Electrical sockets should be viko or similar. Installation pipes will be made of soundproof pipes with a thickness of 3 mm.
There will be video intercom in each flat. A telephone will be connected to the living room in each flat, and a TV system will be connected to each room and kitchen. In toilets and bathrooms, Visam serel or similar branded kits including T.S.E certified toilet and sink will be placed. There will be shower cabins in the bathrooms. Taps T.S.E. Double glazed windows will be fitted to first class windows. Balcony and stair railings will be aluminum. The interior doors of the flat will be PVC MDF. Door handles and locks will be 1st class. T.S.E certified steel doors will be used as entrance doors to the apartments. A common TV antenna will be installed on the roof. There will be two different antennas, domestic and foreign. Necessary heat and water insulation will be made on the roof. Landscape design and complete landscaping will be used in upgrading the complex. A T.S.E certified elevator will be installed in each building that will be a generator.
Each block will have its own section, mailbox and message board.
