This new residential complex is located in Duzce, near Istanbul, containing apartments and social facilities.

The mixed-use development located in the Cavuslar neighborhood of Duzce Center ties together commercial, residential, office, and social facilities, proposing a multi-identity complex. It consists of 11 blocks of low-rise buildings in synergy with green surroundings, responding to the city’s needs for housing while combining different functions in the meantime and proposing modern solutions.
