Our project is located in the Avsallar district of Alanya, close to the Incekum Forest Park and the pleasant beach, but it will undoubtedly be one of the best projects in all of Alanya.

On site; There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, fitness, cinema, children’s playground, game room and barbecue area.

The sundeck surrounding the outdoor pool will have plenty of sun loungers and parasols, plus a full-time site attendant, CCTV, on-site parking and free Wi-Fi in social areas. The beach, approximately 1500 meters south, will be served by a regular shuttle bus.

Construction will begin in May 2021 and is scheduled to be completed in June 2022.
